1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may require 15-60 minutes for processing. We do not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Service without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and substantial damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jan365 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (e) system failures, interruptions, or technical malfunctions; or (f) any gambling losses incurred through use of our Service.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jan365 is not responsible for gambling losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding jan365 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days. All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the disputed event or transaction.

If your dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as our licensing authority. 10.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jan365 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using our Service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Account Closure by User

You may close your jan365 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to any pending wagering requirements). Accounts closed by user request cannot be reopened for a minimum period of thirty (30) days. 11.2 Account Closure by jan365

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or business risk considerations. Upon account closure by jan365, we will return any remaining genuine deposits, but reserve the right to confiscate bonus funds and winnings obtained through violations of our terms.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge an administrative fee of ₱100 per month for dormant accounts with remaining balances. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, we reserve the right to close dormant accounts and confiscate remaining funds in accordance with unclaimed property laws.

jan365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notification, or account message.
